Long periods of sitting on a chair during virtual sessions and meetings leads to soreness in feet, shoulders and neck (for me at least).
I have found too unlikely products that help me feel better during and after virtual sessions:
1. Golf balls: Put one golf ball under each sole and gently move your feet back and forth. Best ₹70 I ever spent.
2. Jade Face Roller: I don’t know what it does for the face (it’s intended body part), but it works like a miracle for sore shoulders and neck. Best ₹250 I ever spent.
