Jan 25 | [Book recommendation] The Practice by Seth Godin | The Practice by Seth Godin is a book pretty much dedicated to the idea of Karmanye vaadhikaaraste ma phaleshu kadachan ( Focus on your actions and not the outcome.) I highly recommend this short book filled with amazing insights.

Jan 26 | A bridge to nowhere | It doesn’t matter how strong you were pre-COVID. What matters is how adaptable you are now. We can learn this from the 70 year old bridge which withstood the impact of a hurricane that moved a river. Clearly strength is not everything.

Jan 27 | Apples, Breakfast, Carrots and other myths | An Apple a day keeps the doctor away. Right? No, it doesn’t. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Right? No, it isn’t. Carrots improve your eyesight. Right? No, they don’t. Myths, marketing and military lies. That’s all there is to these three universally accepted "truths".

Jan 28 | [Training Activity] The Hive Mind | I have an activity Ants and Bees. Ido this activity in virtual sessions which checks how much in tune my learners are to each other. It needs a presentation software like or Mentimeter or Kahoot or similar software.

Jan 29 | All work and no play | Start treating games and playfulness as a necessary and inseparable ingredient of work, and watch how much more productive you become. Start treating your role as an educator with that same philosophy and see how much better your learners learn.
