The Weekly Recap

Hi,

As you know, I send daily emails. If you were busy and couldn’t read everything, I share this email every Sunday with quick summaries of what I have shared in the week. Time to catch up.

Feb 8 | Giving a shit. Literally. | I want to talk about something extremely strange and effective. It’s called Fecal Transplant. It is actually what you think it means. Now it is proven to be working really well in treating cancer as well. There are fecal transplant donors, who are actually giving a shit. Literally and making money.

Feb 9 | Dungeons and Dragons | Dungeons & Dragons (DnD) is a collaborative storytelling game where a Dungeon Master (DM) tells a story. Do watch some good DnD games on YouTube, they’re very addictive. Fair warning: The games can be super-long.

Feb 10 | D&D in L&D | D&D is a great experience to watch. It’s an even better experience to play. Bringing the elements of D&D into L&D can enhance the learning experience for all your players, and for you too. Give it a try.

Feb 11 | A D&D Adventure in L&D | An adventure can be any journey into the unknown. An L&D session is perfectly suited for this. That means you have in your possession the only two essential ingredients of an adventure: A bunch of (somewhat) willing adventurers and an unknown journey that they’ll experience.

Feb 12 | Your first mini D&D game in training | Let’s try and create a basic idea to do a small 20 mins exercise in training sessions. You’ll have to set up the situation in a dramatic fashion. It is a lot of fun and is very memorable.

Feb 13 | Your second mini D&D game in training | A good D&D session usually ends in one of these two ways: A big satisfying reveal and a huge cliffhanger. Today’s game is about how to end the training session well.

Regards,
