In the last few weeks, I’ve spoken with the heads of L&D at some of our biggest clients: massive corporates, large consulting companies, private banks and FMCG conglomerates. I had one and only one question for them: When will we get back to classroom training sessions?
(You may or may not like the answers I’ve collated, depending on how you’ve approached training in the last 8 months.)
The answers I got fall in three categories:
1. Virtual sessions are here to stay for at least 6-9 more months
2. Virtual sessions will continue even after classroom trainings start
3. We want to move towards a blended learning environment comprised of classroom, virtual and social learning
At Gentle Bamboo Solutions, our strategy for the year 2021 is shaping up to go towards this new world of learning.
How about you? Do you have a strategy for 2021? Does it consider the points I’ve made above? If you want to find out what tactics we’re planning to use in the next 12 months, you’re in luck.
I’ll share the tactics exactly as we have planned for my company – in a workshop I’m doing in the last week of November. Business Growth Roadmap is going to be a high impact workshop followed up by three months of group coaching. I think you’ll like it a lot. Reply to this email to express interest.
